Grammar Note:

  • “Tu” = informal “you”

  • “Lei” = formal “you”

  • Italian में nouns और adjectives का gender होता है (Masculine/Feminine)।

Sentences:

  • मेरे पास दो किताबें हैं। → Ho due libri. → I have two books.

  • वह तीन साल का है। → Ha tre anni. → He is three years old.

Grammar Note:

  • “Ho” = I have

  • “Ha” = He/She has

  • Italian numbers are invariable (they don’t change for gender).

Exercise:

  1. Translate to Italian: “I have five apples.”

  2. Write numbers 1–10 in Italian.

  • आज सोमवार है। → Oggi è lunedì. → Today is Monday.

  • मेरा जन्मदिन मार्च में है। → Il mio compleanno è in marzo. → My birthday is in March.

Grammar Note:

  • Days and months are not capitalized in Italian.

  • “Oggi” = today, “Domani” = tomorrow, “Ieri” = yesterday.

Exercise:

  1. Translate: “Tomorrow is Sunday.”

  2. Fill in: “______ è venerdì.” (Today is Friday.)
